Obama naming Czars

Why is Obama naming Czars? Because by appointing Czars, Obama's actions can remain hidden in secrecy! Czars can be called before congressional committees, yet they hold the power of invoking their constitutional rights to remain silent! In effect Obama's Czars are just a bunch of minions who can wreck havoc and not have to answer to anyone, not even the People of the United States.
